We love the USPS. The people are great and they got my packages to their destinations before the expected dates.

Very disappointed in the USPS this year. A priority mail package, clearly labeled, took TEN DAYS to arrive at the delivery address.

I sent a box.on Dec. 9th and as of Dec. 21st it has not arrived. I paid $42.00 to send. Its sad that my Sister may not even get her package before Christmas. The service is getting worse by the day!!!

Package has been 1 hour away, in my city, and an hour away again, repeat daily, for a week. I understand holiday shipping, plus covid, however if packages were actually shipped correctly the first time, you wouldn't be in nearly the trouble you're in now. Another package went from 30 minutes away, to South Carolina, where it sat for a week, before tracking ceased, then suddenly arrived with no information. You're doing, at least part of this, to yourselves.

My holiday package shows that my packages were delivered. However, they did not receive them!!!!

It been a month and my package is stuck in Washington DC.

I have sent emails my package has been sitting in tulsa since December 4th and it only has to go down the road . no stars it wont let me go negative

Always a day behind in tracking.

My meds were mailed priority mail on December 15. It's now December 22, no meds and according to the tracking number, it left the post office and after that nothing. It took five days last month to get an overnight express package.

This is a prescription medication and should take precedence over Christmas Cards.This is the worst service I have experienced with the USPS.

I have watched the way packages are treated at the local P.O. it's frightening, they're thrown onto a trolley, dropped, and as my experience..lost, and attitude is.."ah well better luck next time " my local carrier is fine, but if someone has to fill in for him, the times a person some streets over has brought a package to me....I've lost count, and visa versa

Very very late delivery to no delivery at all. No tracking available...terrible service

My pkg left Sarasota, FL on 12/15/20 destination Newton, MA. It has been sitting in Ybor,FL since then. Today is 12/21/20. Your service is shameful!!!

Almost 3 weeks from NY to WI and still waiting. Ridiculous.
