We were supposed to receive a pair of shoes from usps over a week ago and they still have not arrived, and the tracker says they have been sitting in the same facility for who knows how long. Very disappointed.

Priority Mail sent Friday 12/11/2020 2-day delivery at a cost of $7.50, expected delivery Monday 3/14/2020. Delivered today, 12/16/2020. This was a legal document requiring immediate response and return.

Sent a package priority mail, it was supposed to be delivered in 2 days 12/ 11. They do not know where it is or if it will get there by Fri or Sat 12/19. That will be over a week and who knows what condition. Hamid and supervisor George were no help at all. This is perishable. Spent entire day waiting to be told that I do not matter. No help from this supervisor. This is not customer service. Do not say the C word Call it the China USPS virus.

My package was misdelivered to the wrong address; haven't received it yet. Woodlawn Postal Customer Service was very nice to help tracking the package to an address around the corner.

Paid extra for 2 day and its been 4+

Very poor service, item with tracking 9500113445510345569970 promised delivery Monday December 14, 2020 in Corozal PR 00783 and as of today Wednesday December 16 the package is still in Opa Laca Florida.

I have NOT received my package from QVC. Levittown, Pa post ofc. 19055, has had package since Nov.23, 2020

In one case, I paid an additional $15 to Get a package to it’s destination (same state) in a few days, and it took a week. My next case I ordered something on line Nov 30, (same state) expecting it in a week, now 16 days later, I still don’t have it. Online tracking says it’s been in Detroit for two days. Not happy with postal service.

For a 3 day delivery date, we are now into this for 7 days. Very dissatisfied

Mailed pkgs on Dec 1 and they are still in lndy. Traveled 40 miles in 2 weeks. Great service!!!!!!

My package sat in Greensboro NC 9 days before being shipped.The USPS wanders why there business is down an people are shipping with Fed Ex an UPS well this is why y’all stop giving a damn about y’all’s job I’m done with you
