It 5 days to get from Indianapolis 46241 to the Indianapolis distribution annex this is a 3 day priority package with medicine in it I gave 1 star cause there is nothing low and it cannot be submitted without a rating

Paid for priority shipping almost 2 1/2 weeks ago and still have not received my package from OH

The delivery people are always exceptional & now always with masks. I appreciate the great service I receive. Never had a single problem.

Ashamed to say I worked for USPS for over 30 years. Its gone downhill for the past few years.

Packages sat in Arizona for over a week so far. Mailed from Morenci on 12/04 2020 promised to be here by the 10th of December. Cost was $138.00 and can't get no response from the text message I sent nor any response to the task of a phone call or email. Very very disappointed.

This is the worst I have seen of the USPS for delivering packages. Very disappointing

I shipped a package on December 7 the tracking shows that it is now in Shreveport seven days later from Texarkana it’s just in Shreveport and I paid $8.70 to send it never again too slow

On two different occasions I sent packages priority 2 days they've gotten their like a week later I'm still waiting on one to be delivered that was supposed to be delivered last week this is really sad one I sent before Thanksgiving and it was still a week late I sent three different cards with money in them and nobody got any of them that's been 3 months ago

Packages and mail are lost, giving to someone else alot!

I would like to know why I can not track my order. I have been trying for days. I know I’m putting the right number in I’ve done it many many times. Why give a tracking number when you can’t use it. I still do it know where or when my package will arrive???

Package last scanned at memphis tn dec 5th no further states have scanned this, very crazy. Package is going to montana

Have been very disappointed in your service this year. Have not been properly notified when certified packages where to be picked up stand on several occasions had my mail delivered to the wrong address

Sat in desmoines for over a week

Paid for 2 day delivery on 12-2....sent from Wisconsin to CT. It was sent to Springfield, MA. Sat there 4 days & now is enrout to Boston, MA which is further away than Springfield to where it was going in CT. Tried calling local post office but can't get thru. Sooo I am giving Post office a zero star rating. The one star is because they won't take my review w/out it.
