Sent 2 pkgs on same day. My wrapped pkg with an old box arrived a day earlier than expected. 2nd pkg used your box and its now 2 days late You don't service your own special services, how sad!

Estimated delivery date in CA 12/14/20? Still in Jersey City 12/14/20??

No happy at all! My package was suppose to be there last Thursday. It is Monday and has not been delivered to my destination!

Parcel arriving very late.

My package has been in Newark since 12/4. Delivery was scheduled for 12/7. TODAY IS 12/14!!!!!!

Package left on 3 day priority it's been 10 days still hasn't made it to destination why pay more for 3 day?????

Horrible! Getting my mail at all is a real crazy shoot! You lose packages and won't cover with my paid insurance. Incredible!

Ordered item from Georgia on November 30th, no tracking from December 1st until the 13th. Package has been lost, wrongly routed and now "in transit" again. I've gotten packages from China in six days, this is inexcusable and we pay top dollar for this incompetence!

Absolutely horrible service

Not very good at all. The tracking number has not showed me where my package is, and it’s been three days now. The tracking need to be more accurate and updated a lot more frequently than it is now.

Service is terrible!!! Waiting over a week for diabetic medication and it's been over a week since it was mailed out. It's actually been sitting in Ohio for over a week. The USPS is getting worse and worse. This is the second time I haven't gotten my medication due to USPS fault.

Very slow and no update with a tracking number

So, so, so, slow- A week for a package to go 25 miles from Laguna Hills CA to the sort center in Anehime CA?

5 priority packages mailed Dec 1. 3 delivered 2 have not moved since Dec 4. Mementos for my family of my mother who passed in September. I'm devastated I can't replace them.

The worst service...where is my package!!!!!!
