I am disappointed that the mail carrier does not put packages by the front door. Our package was left outside the garage, in plain view of the street. We have had packages stolen in our neighborhood. I know it takes time to get out of the truck, but better customer service is needed here.

Several tracking packages get lost in transit. Last package took over 7 days when it was local.

USPS is awesome. Friendly and packages come when they said. Thanks guys.

Umm got two day shipping and it will only show where it is on first day and then nothing it’s third day

I could have walked n got this package in this amount of time n im 70 n crippled

Why pay extra for priority when you dumbasses can't get it there when you say it will be.

Arrived just 1 day late. Darn good with all that's going on right now. Way to go usps!

I paid $28.35 for priority 2day delivery on Nov,28 2020. My package hasn't arrived yet.

My oldest son came to California from Ohio on November 27th from Ohio for his sister's funeral (my daughter). His departure day was set for December 1st. He did some shopping for his employees prior to his leaving on Nov. 29th. We mailed the 20x20x20 box the day he left which was December 1st. We were told the package would arrive on December 5th, my son hasn't received the package yet, neither a location as to where it is! I only received on tracking that it will arrive December 6th (updated)...today is December 8th and no Package!

To whom this may concern: I truly appreciate the up most respect that I personally receive from the Clarksville ark 72830 team wouldn't employees thanks postal service Clarksville. Mrs. Workman

Slower than a snail and they sometimes lose or don't deliver mail on time I understand that there is a virus but that is no damn excuse and the female mail carrier of Rosedale E.Grubb needs fired because she doesn't stop at every mailbox even when the flag is up and we have had to stop her on numerous occasions we absolutely love the other Mail lady A.Bennett because she is on time and with her at least you know your mail is being picked up or delivered without a problem and with her there is no damaged mail

I dropped off several boxes Nov. 30th to be delivered to Las Vegas, Arizona, and Illinois. Some of the boxes have traveled abit. I was given delivery dates on them all only to find out the majority are STILL in the Michigan area. I know the Holiday mailing does increase, but had I known at the time of payment that there was DELAYS (2 and 3 weeks out) I would have made other arrangements. Hoping things improve and boxes and mail get moving to their destinations soon.

I have been waiting for a package since Nov. 28th. UPS said delivered it to post office on the 28th of nov. This is dec. 8th and tracking said still at post office. Fort worth texas

The communication of when the package should arrive via text is not satisfactory and my package has been delayed by 2 days now
