Very disappointed I send a package from Aguada PR to Winter Springs FL and the clerk changed the city to Winter Hyde and zip code the package never arrived and didin’t get compensated at all.

The employee was very nice helpful and smiley

I will never use the postal service again . I mailed my package on March 4th and paid extra for priority.. They still haven’t gotten the packages. Never again…..

I paid $75 for next day delivery and her it is four days later smh.

Sent a certified letter ($5.00) to go about 30 miles or so on Dec.15 2023 it was just picked up 3/10 2024 I could've walked backwards and hand delivered it!! They had an answer for every complaint I made the best one came after Xmas I got a text back closing the case saying it was resolved then watched as it was in transit for a month !!!

USPS has by far the worst tracking on the market, late updates, never an expected delivery…Typcial for a Government ran organization

Worst service ever, they misplaced my parcel twice that I have been waiting since last 10 days. It’s a best place to make your efforts go in vain.

This is the second time I've sent first class or certified mail from mediapolis Iowa, IA to Durango Colorado that been lost or is sitting in Albuquerque new Mexico. Terrible service. Totally unreliable.

Didn't receive package 0n the 7th said it was delivered then.was supposed to ask seller for a replacement however quess they didn't do that.

Awful service .a 3 day delivery and package is still in tampa...

Paid $85.00 for 3-5 day international delivery to Berlin, Germany and it was in L.A. for 4 days! Still only in New York now. Very disappointed ☹️
