Very courteous & efficient service

Was suppose to have a package by November 5th its now the 24th and I havent even got any information about where package is. It just says everyday its expected. Terriable.

I have never had a problem with the USPS.

Pais for 2 day delivery...6 days ago. Package still not delivered.

Worked like a charm! So easy to use the kiosk and the package was delivered when expected.

The service very slow and expensive, the cost is higher the service should be fast but until now I still waiting for my mail, almost 13 days And I don’t know when, At the same time I have another mail but I used UPS system from FL to Connecticut just only 2 days I receive my mail,so what wrong with USPS, i give only 1 stars,very disappointed

I don't think making a person wait for the mailman to bring life saving meds is not right. You don't have any idea when you will get your meds. Been forced to wait so far 3 days. Not delivered when they said. Not satisfied at all.

Not happy sent 2 homemade breads to SC.a week ago,and spent $15.00 And there may be hope they get there today11/23.hope there still edible. They should have been there11/20.very upset.

Kent at the St. Edwaed, NE post office does an amazing job with my foreign packages. I bring them here, because the post master in my town is unfriendly and does not like to do the foreign mail. Kudos to Kent!

Self serve kiosks were down line was long.,..20 minutes They were out of several of the stamps I needed However staff was very courteous and friendly

After typing tracking number that number does not stay in place you entered. It would b a big help if that number stayed. Especially since you might want to look at something else and you to re enter the number. My other is Why is it taking so long for this package was shipped on Nov5 and Nov 10 is in transit and it is Nov 22, 2020. I don’t get it.

Late and updates are not up to date...sad sad sad

Been almost 50 days.... yes 50 since my order. Package is in an endless route going facility to facility. Never order from here. Ever. Awful service. Been. Patient but they just took my money and blame Covid.

Repeated terrible service. Can't rate it.
