2 of my packages have been lost. They said it was delivered and given to an individual. No name no explanation. When I call they said they can't do anything about it after a packages is delivered. Isn't their responsibility to know where my packages was delivered? This is the worst. That is why less people are using this services.

I paid extra for letter delivery with a payment from Tallahassee to Atlanta on February 29. Was told it would arrive by March 2, and possibly March 1. I needed it delivered by March 3. Today is March 9 and USPS is still showing available for pickup today. The letter has a delivery address and no one should have to go a facility for pickup. Total waste of my money and time. Now I face a very important coverage being completely dropped due to the untimely delivery. They are messing with people's livelihood!!! Yet another disappointment of Adams Street Post Office in Tallahassee, FL. By the way, the delivery drivers need to pay closer attention to where they deliver your mail, because they'll just drop your mail in someone else's mail box and you'll never see it again if you don't have friendly, honest neighbors.

lazy workers, i paid $50 for fast delivery, estimated delivery was two days later it has been 3 days and still hasn’t moved

Sicisors arnt provided might be because someone could get hurt, using a cheep pen to cut tape dosnt feel right. A letter opener would match the post office standard better

Ordered early December. 3 day priority which I figured to mean a week...boy was I Wrong 3 and half months! according to the tracking its been sitting in san francisco !!!!

Sent 2 certified letters 1to Charlotte, nc&Fort Worth,TX. Both reached destination. From there not delivered and LOST. 3 month research no record of delivery LOST on Both. They couldn't get even 1 of them delivered. They don't even have a way to contact PO's to even help you. They put search computer entre at forwarding PO &2 months later they send you a letter. WE DID NOT FIND YOUR LETTERS. SNALE MAIL NO DEAD POSSUM MAIL.

After obtaining my tracking number from the company, I had no problems receiving my package . I was able to track it from the beginning to the end. It arrived on time and when it was supposed to be delivered. Job well done !!
