Your service is horrible! I spent $7.95 to have a time sensitive letter delivered via certified mail. I sent it over a week ago and you still have not delivered it. It went out on 11/7/2020 and needed to be delivered by 11/10/2020. Since you failed to deliver it timely, I am out another $25...

I've been waiting for a package that in Ky since 11/07/2020 with no answer as to WHY

This package was in transit for nearly 3 weeks with no updated shipping information, otherwise it's a great tool for tracking all my other packages.

I have never had such problems with the post office until the last few months. My packages never arrive, I pay for letters to be delivered in a few days and it is weeks before they arrive if ever. Such a travesty of an institution that has now been turned upside down to bad that the powers that be decided to get into bed with the corrupt people like pelosi

Don't waste yall time or money for next day or overnight services. They take your money and your package still doesn't arrive until 3 to4 days later. So what did I pay for?
