Ordered parts from So Clean which with delays should have arrived Nov.7th. It is now the 14th and still not arriving. Pony Express would have been faster!

I would give it a negative 5 stars. Priority Package shipped on 8/13 from Michigan to germany. It is now 11/14 and package has been in Seoul Korea since midSept. My friend in germany has still not received his gift and I paid $32 to have it at destination in 15 business days. Will not use USPS again!

It works cuts a lot of anxiety when you know your purchase is on its way to you.

After paying $89.00 to send the 7lb. Package from Wa.state to the Philippines and it not arriving within the 6 to 10 days that we were quoted. I was very upset to see that once it reached Manila on 11/4, there were NO updates for over 8 days! That is appalling tracking. Where is the package? No one knows.

I’m still waiting for some Amazon orders, that have correct address and are lost by USPS. Others are sent to incorrect address and when finally arrive the package was in bad condition.

Our package was supposed to be delivered today by 12:pm and it’s still hasn’t and I paid for overnight

very, very bad service from the USPS a lot of very important correspondence I never received correspondence such as United States Citizenship Documents, Court Appointments, and many more, I went to the postal office and they only know how to say that they do not know the messenger that they have for my address always leave my mail in another mailbox in the block

I'd like to know why my package hasn't reached its destination yet.

Slow delivery wrong mail in mailbox. It a states about two months ago. Before that all was ok.

I baked my daughter some goodies. She was in a car accident which she is now in a brace for a couple of months. I paid to have the delivered in 2 days. It’s been 4 days and she still has not received them. I’m very upset and disappointed
