When priority mail takes three weeks due to a malfunctioning machine reading addresses wrong for over three months there's a big problem.

Finding out (by map) that my 2-3 day mailing (not overnight) after 2 days has not even left Florida, destination is South Dennis MA (the date of expected delivery).

Mailed a certified letter on October 22, it still hasn't arrived. The post office is not any help. They want more money to intercept the letter. Why, isn't their fault it hasn't been delivered.
