I understand that covid has affected everything, however, in the past few months not only has delivery been very slow, but we have had multiple packages get lost transit and the sender has had to resend packages which came on time, but, the original order finally comes and the box is so torn and in such bad condition it looks like it has just been used as a football and things are broken.

I sent two packages to Mt Pleasant. One was sent Sat. at 12 noon, she received it on Monday. The other I sent on Friday at about 5 o’clock, she received it Monday morning, Great job!!

Very poor service. This package was mailed on Monday last week. I paid $15:05 and package still hasn’t been delivered. It should never take this long . I will never use post office again

Mailed a PRIORITY pkg on 10/28. Not a single scan since leaving the receiving facility. So not only NOT delivered Saturday, but NO ONE has scanned this item since I mailed it. Great job Post Office

I mailed my package on 10/27/20 and was guaranteed that my package would arrive in Baton Rouge on 10/30/20. As of today, 11/02/20, it has been sitting in Jacksonville since 10/29/20. Guess it's not going to be there by 10/30/20. The woman at the post office was very nice, that's why I gave 1 star. What a joke our postal system has become.
