USPS reviews

Paid almost $9 for a certified letter. Mailed February 26. to Topeka a 4 hour as of March 8 hasn't arrived and post office says they can't track it past Kansas City. I use them as little as possible, service is horrible for what they charge. Most are just showing up till they can draw a nice pension that they haven't earned.

This was fantastic !! I was able to track my package from point to point !! The hardest part was GETTING my tracking number from the company !! Once I did , I followed it all the way through. It arrived when it should have on the day it should have. I am saddened more people aren't having better experiences with the USPS.

My check is stuck in Washington DC for 8 days to go to Baltimore MD

This is the third package that has never made it to my Daughter in California! What in the actual**** is the deal?! And I paid for insurance, yet no one can seem to even give me any answers or explanation?!?!

The worse service ever how do you not have the apt number but my phone number and don't use it to let me know you are In Front of my building

This has to be the worst overnight service on the planet less than 270 miles took for days . I drove it in 6 hrs stopping for gas . This postmaster is a joke he has destroyed a one time great service. Another trump/Clump gift

I ordered a book 2 days ago, and the tracking still say's it is waiting for usps to pick it up. From where it is, to my house, should take less than 10 hours to drive. They really need to get their stuff together

Package delivered today! Much faster than expected, which was great ! However, apparently it was opened and the bag of Cheetos were dumped out in the box, so they were stale! The pop tarts boxes were both opened on the bottom and so were the granola bars!

Mailed priority w tracking envelope from Fl. Expected arrival Monday. Arrived Monday 3:36 pm as expected. Great job USPS.

There is always something wrong my shipping was supposed to be two days and it is not here yet. And another one I have been waiting a year and haven't received it yet...they won't reimburse me for it. It was supposed to be a second shipment. It didn't work...also it took me 3 months to get a check for my credit union. They kept sending it back saying it was a wrong address. But I received all mail from the CU in between the check...called the local post office and told them I was expecting a check....a miracle I had it in my box in two days.. wasn't sent back.. imagine that.

Still waiting on package from Los Angeles to Salt Lake, arrived at USPS in LA, label created on Feb 27

I paid $102 for International 2 day guaranteed delivery to the U.K.. package arrived in U.K. 36 hours later. Great, I thought, well worth the money for the time sensitive legal document. However, the package did not arrive for a further 19 days, 2 days before the legal cut off date for the documents. I complained to the Madeira Beach, Fl. Post office. The clerk spoke with the female supervisor out of sight but in earshot, and said that I could not file a complaint until the package arrives at its destination, and it’s Fed Ex’s problem, as they took the package to the U.K.. wrong on both counts, and still waiting for compensation from usps.

THEY TAKE FOREVER AND LIE ABOUT WHERE IT IS.
