Although there was only one person available at the time, she was very efficient and apologetic about the wait which was 5 minutes max. Very courteous and professional as well.

I can understand the times we are in could cause a glitch in delivery. USPS shouldn't have customers thinking if they pay for a certain delivery date, it will be there on time. My package was mailed on the 16th, priority - 2 day delivery. Here it is 6 days later and tracking shows that it is still in the state it was being shipped from. This package was truly needed. I can't wait for it, l'll have to move on and leave it with my family.

I haven’t received my order and it’s been in the same place for 3 days, and sadly I needed my package for an event tomorrow

Mail service as falling down drastically Nav Never get package on time anymore always 2 or 3 days late. Tracking it no help gives wrong information or tell u nothing. I used to be able to rely on our postal service these days not at all I have better service with UPS or fedex

I’m upset my package was estimated arrival Friday 23 but it’s been sitting in Mobile Al since Wednesday I’m very upset with this service

Very disappointed in the service. Package was promised to be at its destination on October 17th and it is still not there as of October 23rd. There was time sensitive material in it and I trusted what was told to me by the USPS employee. I will think long and hard before I use this service again.

I am so disappointed in the service that I have received when I sent a package on October 13th. It guaranteed to be there by Friday October 17th. As of today's date it is still supposedly in transit stuck in Charlotte N.C. Distribution Center. It has been there according to tracking since the 17th of October. We are now a week Beyond when the package was to be at its destination. There was time sensitive material in it and I trusted what I was told by the USPS employee that it would be there. I guess I will think long and hard before I use the service again.

I tried to track my package but it doesn't work the only thing it showed me is my package is in Miami the 20th of October and that's as far as it goes
