Terrible. Was a birthday present and supposed to be there on Friday the16th. Not delivered yet. Very disappointed. Should have used UPS. Disgusted with usps. Priority mail.

Love both of our local post offices. Both offices workers are always friendly and helpful with what ever we need. Mailing packages, stamps, letters, etc. So thankful for our postal workers.

Sent package October 5th still has not arrived on october 19th

I mailed a package next day to my granddaughter for her birthday on Tuesday- it's Sunday & never received it- She's so disappointed! I'm heart broken because it was something very special that she wanted & cost alot- not to mention it cost $32.89 for shipping and handling.... Grrrrr!

Package received days later than the expected arrival time and gift inside was broken

Always on time and in good shape with my packages. Love my mailmen and women. Keep up the good work.

I've been trying to track my package for 3 days and it hasn't moved very disappointed in this website service

My package was sent out last week and had only make it to Rochester and has been setting there for 4 days now. WHY ??

Says still in hopkins after a week is not updated

My letter was not delivered when promised and I had no way to find out what the issue was. Terrible.

i have tried to continue to use the USPS even though their service is declining. The Priority mail is a joke. I recently sent my grandsons birthday present 4 days early and it sat in a distribution site 30 miles away for 3 days. USPS has ruined themselves. If it was an isolated incident I could understand but it happens all the time.

Package in wrong box, never received

I think it's ashame that a package sits for 2 days and isn't delivered like it's supposed to be but yet the postage rates goes up! Nobody wants to do what they are supposed to do but yet wants a pay raise! I was supposed to get my package yesterday but still haven't received it! I'm very disappointed in our postage service!

We did a 3 day mail service today is now 4 and package is still in Ohio since yesterday which makes no sense when it’s coming from NV to Indiana!
