exceptional much better than UPS and FEDEX

been waiting 3 weeks now

I mailed a small padded envelope on Tuesday-paid $7.85 and insured it. Was supposed to arrive in Chicago suburb on Friday. This is now 10:00 pm Saturday night. Still no package! Arrrgghhh!

The tracking number on my receipt is attached to another package! My package is from San Diego to Austin. The package being tracked is from Honolulu to San Diego. What the what?!

I have never had a bad experience at a post office. This visit was great as well.

Clerk #9 She did a couple of small extra things that helped me a lot. She did them without being asked! She was calm, unhurried, and careful. Exactly, what every postal customer appreciates!!

Been tracking my package for 5 days and it hasn’t moved from the state it shipped from, ridiculous.

Lady on the phone was rude to me when I asked her when I would receive my package she was not very helpful. She couldn’t tell me an exact date

USPS service good but related delivery agent service poor

Still waiting for my package says they attempted to deliver on August 10th at 11:55 when I’ve been sitting in front of my home since 11:50 when back inside at 1 am. The package isn’t even tracking the location, worst service ever, even had the pin code to enter a private building what a joke!!!

The only shipper I trust. I will use the USPS for all of my packages.

Package departed Detroit facility Aug 6th according to tracking app but location map shows package still at Detroit USPS facility. Today is Aug 14th. Terrible service.. what happened to "neither rain or snow.." etc. Used to be you could depend on the USPS.. NOT ANY MORE!
