Been waiting on a package that supposed to be here in 5 days for the last 2 weeks when I look it up it's been sitting in Kansas City for 7 days the USPS definitely would not be able to hold up to mail in electing

Quality and service are not from this century, very untimely or informative

The Post Office is a crucial underpinning of our democracy. It should return to being a bank. It should operate national broadband services. The staff at Eastgate location provided exemplary service to exactly meet my shipping needs which exceeded my already high expectations.

I had a package that left Keystone Heights Florida post office on Wednesday priority mail it is now Wednesday a week away the package still has not been delivered to the Zephyrhills Post Office

You are doing a great job carrying and delivering mails to their destinations

No overnight available in my area. But they still charge like it is.

Shipped package from sylva, nc on the 14th of July die to arrive at destination on the 17th. Now august 5th still in transit it says but no update. Had to give a customer refund of over $100 or I would be in trouble with ebay. Now I'm out all the way around.

I have one parcel which was sent from Saudi Arabia. I was waiting to receive it but unfortunately they didn’t come to home address to deliver it when I went to the office of 85018 in Phoenix, AZ it’s already returned to Los Angeles. I request you to send it again to 85018 office in Phoenix, AZ please. Thank you

USPS has become very irresponsible. Items don't arrive or arrive too late and broken.

Poor customer service by female supervisor at 98466 post office. Parcel mailed priority on 8/1 and shows it sat in Kent wa until 8/3 at 1850 it left Kent but no further update and supervisor was less than congenial. Told me well that’s the way it is. I’ll rethink mailing anything by USPS
