I mailed this package July 27th at 9 a.m. and I am just now getting a working tracking number. I don't know what has happened to the post office but it's the worst service I've had with any company anywhere

my package arrived in Charleston wv.,Friday July 31 which is 2 hours from my home and its August 3rd today still no package, meanwhile it only took 4 days to make it from California to West Virginia, very poor service in my opinion.

Used owingsville KY post office. Great service

poor customer service. Time sensitive content did not make it on time, could not get any assistance from a human only recordings that were useless! Will not depend on USPS again!

Had a wonderful experience at the Lyons post office.Very pleasant staff member, seemed happy to be doing her work! A positive attitude goes a long way, especially with everything going on. Hope that the staff member will continually be the face for Lyons post office.

It was delivered faster than i expected

Package was to be delivered on Saturday and it still has not arrived!!! This is not the first time this has happened. So sad that it can set for days at one place before it is transferred to the next destination! If you pay for an item to be delivered on a certain date it should be there!!!!

I ordered an item and it was picked up on July 17th then its status change to in transit on July 21st and its August 4th and there is no status update. I ordered an item from the same store and it was picked on July 29th and its been on transit and status reports were frequent and I will be receiving the package that I ordered tomorrow, but the first order has not arrived. Wow how much has the USPS has fallen and I actually do understand about the COVID 19 and lack of personnel.

It was quick and efficient. Delivery was a day late but it was in the middle of a hurricane and it was still delivered.

It took over a month to get a small package from Virginia to Ohio

Their better and faster than any other deliveries. Also, save money on package budget cost too.

Worst thing ever. I guess that's why I always usually use ups. Sent registered letter Tuesday and it's been a week . Hasn't been delivered and not able to track it. My fault I took a chance.

Everyone is very helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. I have never had a bad experience.
