Not happy with service. $30 and the package I sent on 7/26/20 was supposed to arrive at it's destination on 7/30/20. It's now 8/2/20 and the package is still not anywhere near it's destination.

Stuck in a loop with no way to track my package.

package was guaranteed to be there by 3pm today and urs not!!!!

They always charge for 2 days and its taking 4 to 6. But do they care about our business reputations? Hell no they dont!

Been waiting 12 days for a package and it shows on tracking you sent it to the same facility 2 times. Terrible service.

Very slow service. Package left KCMO on Tuesday arrived in Springfield MO on Wednesday at 2:53 am and is still there as of Sunday 1pm. This was suppose to be a 2 day ship and is Still not arrived to destination. Very disappointed in this service. Glad it insured. They may have to reimburse. This is medical supplies.

Website is outdated. Package was supposed to be delivered today. On schedule for Tuesday. USPS is always slow.

No complayins... for 29 yrs going to my postal service ,all the people there are wonderful. The tracking service is very helpful. I like it. And very informative. Thank you.

two times already my package is lost right now this package 9361289677090475757413 is lost on florida and havent heard nothing more

Here I am 3 days past the Arrival Day no package yet and the tracking number still isn't working. Customer service opened up some kind of track on the package and I haven't heard a word from them in a week. Not even a phone call from customer service have I gotten back. Are they even working there?? It's ridiculous

I paid for 2 day express delivery it is now the 3 rd day and my son still has not gotten his package. I will never use the USPS again!! When you put the tracking number in it still shows you the day before that its still in route. It doesn’t tell you where its at there’s just no information on where you’re package is. Horrible!!!!!

Three weeks I’ve been waiting for a delivery that was shipped three weeks ago and all I get is “in transit”. NEVER use USPS!

My package I ordered on the 20th was to be delivered on the 25th and here it is August 2nd and still no package my last notification of where my package is was on the 21st it is still in NORTH AMITYVILLE, NY. I am very unhappy with this shipping company
