My mail people are so nice. The post office on Keller lane is just awesome.

My package was sent from Lodi, Ca. on the 29th of June2020 (40 mi. away). According to the USPS tracking, it took 14 days to get to Sacramento( 44 mi. frrom my home town) then sat there for another 14 days and is now in transit to Oakland, Ca. The crazy part is my hometown is right smack in the middle of Oakland and Sacramento. What kind of logistics are these? By the time I receive my package, it will have traveled 160 miles in over a month, when it literally sent from a town 40 miles away.

Everyone at the local branch is lovely, efficient and knowledgeable. I’ve never had a package or letter lost in the mail; everything always gets there.

registered mail...was suppose to b delivered on 7/26/20...but was delayed running late...can't track progress...1 day late so far...

Pathetic services, paid for overnight delivery of fresh food my package was delivered after a couple of days. Shame

Great way to track a package! It shows when delivered and establishes not lost in mail.

I mailed a package from CO on Thur to VA. expected delivery by Mon. It has NOT left Denver yet and I paid for 3 day delivery.

I've got two packages that's been sitting in Shreveport LA since July 22nd!

Paid priority fee should have been delivered yesterday. Still not there not showing on track

The counter staff people were very helpful, pleasant and professional. They were courteous and gave me clear directions on sending my package. Recieved efficient service too. Thank you.

My package was mailed from Louisiana and went to Florida. I live in Canada, and as far as I see in the tracking, it hasn't been updated for nearly two months. Very displeased with the USPS.

This is awful! You are told it will arrive on Monday and tracking does not know where it went!

The postal lady was helpful and pleasant

I went to the post office to mail a letter priority mail which means next day, well it was not delivered. I am not happy with the service that I was told that I would get.
