Very curious very dependable. I en joy my mail service, my mother who has no computer mails me all the time. Please don't take our link to each other away. I believe many people still depend on the post office too.

Post office has gotten worse and worse through the years

It would be nice if the people behind the counter would be more cordial like good morning or good afternoon and thank you. I felt like I came in I was moved down the line and excused

Recently ordered two products out of the USA both using USPS and neither have arrived after a month from date of order. Truly a let down in terms of service. I don’t understand why it takes so long to mail a product to Canada from LA or New Orleans. Not good service compared to other countries postal services.

Paid $46.86 on Friday for next day, Saturday delivery, package still not delivered and it is Monday.

It's Monday, the 27th... It's telling me my package is going to be delivered on Sunday the 26th ? It was to be delivered last week! .. it's been in the same postal department for over a week now... Something I need! ... USPS is pathetic.

No reason for a certified mail leaving Norcross, GA to go to Atlanta, GA to take 9 days to be delivered. Atlanta is 16 miles from Norcross. My letter went to two cities in Tennessee. Just ridiculously slow, like a frigging turtle. What is wrong with you people?

Parcel received at Shreveport, La 7/22 & has not made it for delivery in Monroe,La. by 7/26

Sent a package to Ohio on July 10th.The party I sent it to didn't get it .Its July 26 today.thanks usps. Good job.

I sent off important mail on july 16th paid for 2 day shipping was soppose to be there by the 18th and still hasn't made it there it says in transition and before that it said package is delayed no reason for delayed what am I paying for if it's not even on time like its soppose to deff will not be using usps again

Lisa at Alexandria, Pa post office has been so helpful with my recent experiences in sending my POA to several financial companies for my 100 year Mother. Lisa is always so friendly and polite and eager to help. A wonderful employee.

Understanding during Covid things will be delayed. Very pleased with the updating during tracking. Thank you USPS

Not satisfied with where my package is. Its been almost 2 weeks and it still says "in transit" July 14th. It is now July 26th. Hmmmmm

The post office I go to is on the border of Attleboro MA and Norton MA. All the clerks are fantastic. When there's a line they work accordinly, they're extremely helpful and nice. They always take their time amd help you get what you need. I've never had a bad experience at this post office ever.

Was supposed to arrive on the 25, yesterday, and it's still sitting 5 states away.
