I paid for tracking on my item. USPS scanned the package last on 7.19.20 saying it left a facility in MA. It has not moved since. On 7.24.20 I called and was told they do not know where it is and to file a claim. I told the lady its medicine and her response was I'll include that in my claim you'll hear back in 5 days. To date still no package nor does anyone know what they did with it

Worked here for 32 years and did troubleshooting of the equipment that sorts the mail. We did everything we could to make sure the sorting machines were updated to read all kinds of handwriting, all colors of envelopes, misspelled street and city names, missing or incorrect zip codes. We did it all to ensure you get your mail timely. The old days employees were very professional and cared about what they do. Just like everything else nowadays you can’t teach a new employee honesty, respect, problem solving etc. if the public really knows how the mail is processed I believe there would be a better understanding. Just like other jobs the buddy system is rampant and that is what hurts service.

I went to the post office located in Roxbury, Ma. I wanted to get there early because it gets crowded pretty quickly. I got there at 8am but noticed they had already opened at 730am. Luckily, I was the next person in line because only one teller was open. I dropped off my letters and asked the teller (Latoya) if she had any new stamps since I noticed the MLK Jr stamp and knew I didn't have that in my collection. She explained to me how to go online and order that stamp since its a special order. She then showed me a book of stamps that I can order online and asked me if I wanted her to scroll through the book so she could make me a copy of which stamps I would like to purchase online. I was kinda taken back by those words because I wasn't expecting that level of service so early in the morning. She explained to me that she had just given someone that same kinda of service since they were looking to purchase stamps as well. I left the post office feeling happy that there are still people who care and are not afraid to show it. Latoya went above and beyond her duties to help someone who was there just to drop off some letters and ended getting a lot more in return. Thank you Latoya!!!...

Took 3 days for an overnight delivery and 11 days for regular delivery when going less than 125 miles from sender to recieving person.

Bad service, i sent the parcel early Monday, up till Friday my sister has not received the package yet. I tried to call customer service, i just got the answer from the machine. I a so disappointed. I always use usps, but I am going to use ups from now on.

Received package a week later than delivery date. Half the items were missing! Over a hundred dollars worth of items gone and they would not give me a refund. Bad service.
