I went in on 6/20 at about 10:30. Very poor customer service. Didn’t feel welcome by Jay he is very unprofessional and short with words when I asked him a question. I am Hispanic when I left he welcomed the lady behind me. She was not Hispanic but Caucasian. I felt that he didn’t want to help me. I was going to buy a book of stamps but he never gave me the chance and took my package.

As always, Scott Depot post office employees are professional and prompt. Greatly appreciated!

Been waiting for any kind update on my package. Says picked up on May 27 and nothing else. Want to know we're my package is asap

They lost my priority mail envelope, never found it and made the 50 dollar insurance impossible to collect. Banana republic?

Parcel has been shipped for more than a week but there is not a single update on the tracking number from usps.

Bad my package has been in the same place for four days

Took 2 days to register in aystem after shipmemt. Another day passed & item still in distribution center. Letr Letter should have arrived @ destination within three days max. Now into day 4 and letter hasn't left state if Ala for Ky yet. .unless tracking is totally inaccurate.

I had a package that was supposed to be delivered Monday June 15th. It is now June 19th still no package and nobioy has any idea where it is and when or if it will even be delivered. Horrible service but yet they still keep raising prices but lowering standards.

Package game 10 days late

My package was shipped June 3rd arrived in Springfied June 15th. Still have not received. Over 2 weeks

Says package was delivered when in fact it was not

Priority yeah right. It took 4 days. Says it was delivered yesterday but it didn't appear until today.

Well I give them a 2 star rating because whenever packages are shipped to the post office between shipping Partners my packages get lost I have over 5 packages lost and the company had to resend a replacement replacement

Easy information gathered

Can’t believe I mailed this Monday morning and hasn’t gotten to where I sent it yet and it’s Friday. Spent 21 dollars . Looks like I won’t be sending any more packages from post office. Your all to slow no wonder nobody uses you like they use to
