My document got to me within 7 working days it got to their regional office in Atlanta Georgia and tracking processes were transparent. I love their service.

I'm urgently waiting for my medical supplies. It's coming from Fla. to Ont. Canada. Six days and it's still in Fla. This costed me over $40.00 in shipping! I do NOT recommend this carrier for anything.

I think this courier service is not capable of giving any star ,inspite of mentioning ful address for my package they said that the address mentioned is insufficient for delivery but my several packages are delivered on the same address, I don't know what to do now they said that my parcel us send back to the processor

I think this service has to be the slowest I have had to wait on ever! Funny thing u get a set date for ur package but someone decides it will be fun keeping it stuck in transit. Almost like luggage that goes one way and u end up somewhere else I hope for future packages I get professionals instead of wheels on the bus go round and round!!

CH216133019US . My son has send documents on 27th july 2024 From Arlington texas to india. As per tracking number it shows its stuck in chicago customer from 2nd august 2024 till date. We are in urgent need of courier. We are not getting any help. We have filed a complaint bit no update . please help me in this matter

My parcel has been in transit at the customs in Toronto since 7th August ,no update,what at all could keep an item for soo long at the customs and nobody is saying anything,your services are very poor I must say

I had a package mailed August 8th it got to Atlanta August the 17th it was mailed the less than 200 mi away are y'all still using horses delivering the mail or y'all hitchhiking this is ridiculous what is our government service become y'all suck

WENT TO THE POST OFFICE WERE THEY SAID MY PACKAGE WAS THE PACKAGE WAS NOT THERE SO I CALLED MY BANK AND DISPUTE THE PRODUCT NEXUS IT WAS NOT AT THE POST OFFICE WERE I WAS TOLD TO GO AND I AM GETTING THE RUN AROUND

Why have a tracking numder when you can't track your parcel 24 hour a day and get totaly honest updates it's a excuse to retaine your parcel as long as possible because of laziness on the Post office.

When you have an ups package or mail stuck in delivery the good chances are that it is stuck at one of the postal routes Go to your post office where you mailed your package fast to speak to the postmaster at the post office give him your receipt You will go see where it's last track sometimes it gets stuck and he said they have to jiggle it loose but it works because it happened to me and my granddaughter received it within 2 days after that so you can retrieve your packages but you have to speak to the postmaster at the post office you mailed your letter in person

Never received my package!

I am extremely tired of tracking my package for over 2months now just because I forgot to indicate my apt number but all other informations was correctly written pls I need to get my package at canada post please mk it easy and stressless for me

My package was send from Decatur Ga. On May 2 going to Prattville, Al. The sender sent it to the wrong (old) address in Autaugaville,Al. They sent it back to Ga., but in transit it was sent to Prattville, Al., then back to Ga. It was returned to the sender and the address was changed by the sender. When the mail service picked it up they didn’t change the Tracking number so according to the P.O in Prattville, it will never be delivered to the correct address in Prattville because it has an Autaugaville tracking number and will never be found because in Georgia they didn’t take the time to change the tracking number. What can be done?

Since July 10 I m waiting my package, can you tell me what happens? On system one reason flooding .I need to know when do you want to deliver the package

Need to redo the whole system it is terrible will use Fed x next time
