Terrible service! Mailed a pkg to my mom in Michigan on Monday May 4th for Mothers Day. It went to Denver Co. Then to Pittsburgh Pa. Now it's been sitting in Detroit since Saturday the 9th! Just ridiculus!!!

Package is shown to be stationary for 3 days. Could be correct. I hope not.

My package was suppose to arrive on the 11 May I’ve been checking my post box can’t find anything not even a slip and whenever I track you keep saying items directed to the wrong destination

My package has been sitting since April in Frankfurt IL. It's now the middle of May. Unexcepteable !!!

Paid for 2 day shipping from NY to Fl and it was supposed to arrive around 8pm yesterday and it messaged me saying it was leaving the Ma facility at that time

Seems even with Priority Mall and told it will be delivered on Monday 5/11/20 you still aren’t able to get a package where it is going!!! Tracked the package to destination of LA and only arrived 5/12/20 to be delivered tomorrow 5/13/20! That is not efficient service!! No wonder the USPS is going under!!!!! Heck next time I will go to UPS or FedEx !!!!!

Lost package and are doing nothing to locate it or resolve the situation.

Whether the line is long or short the service at the Kettering Post Office on Stroop Rd. Is always courteous and efficient. There has been a noticeable change within the last year to year and half. Today, May 12, 2020 I had clerk 8 For a series of letters and a parcel and stamps receipt #840-54500270-4-4112474-2. Service was completed in less than 4 minutes. Very cordial.

My package left Arizona in April 29th. Sat in Los Angeles for over a week...Had a delivery date of 5/5 and still has not arrived!!! 2 weeks!!! That is totally Unacceptable!

I am very DISAPPOINTED with this service..someone mailed a package to me on April 21 2020..as of today..i have NOT recieved my package..and this service was PAID FOR..I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Horrible shipping been waiting for 3 different lost items. They are just sitting in distribution centers.. no wonder the USPS is broke.. overpaid over worked govt employees.

Paid $7.95 for mail from Dayton to East Lansing. Been a week still not there!!!!!!!

I trust them with all my packages & mail with all my heart.
