My income Tax was mailed from Novi on 4 /27/20 and it's in Detroit ,I could if walked to Novo and back by now.

They're always friendly enough but the package never arrives when it says it's going to buy priority mail it's always a day or two late why do I pay all the expenses for priority mail when it never makes it there in time

It seems that no matter when I send out a package , it ALWAYS takes a day longer than they say it will .

Well!!!!!! i mail box of supplies gloves ,mask ,to my son LA . March.3rd it the 7th no box yet I track daily its in LA but not moving. Thanks!!!!!USPS for nothing I well never send from u guys again..this is disappointing. I get that cover is the problem but tell people before they spend 100.on shipping. No wonder your losing business. So mad!!!!

Never ship USPS again. Due 4 days ago still not here and tracking only tells u last place it left many days ago.

Drove right past my house, all the way to NOLA. Its going to be 6 days on a priority mail package. This is ridiculously slow. It says 1-3 days. I could have driven there, got what I needed and returned in a day. But instead, I paid $15 for a 6 day, priority mail delivery. No wonder USPS needed stimulus money...slower than molasses in Minnesota.

I mailed a small padded envelope I bought at the Atlanta mi post office.april 23 2020. Est delivery was o4/27/2020.today is may 7th. Still has not arrived. Less than 150 miles.15 days-10 days beyond your est..that's pretty poor service for my $6.44 charge.

I have never had a parcel be shipped backwards, then finally get to canada and sit in a facility after being processed for 4 days. My item was to be here on or before april 28th , and it's now may 8th and it is still sitting in montreal. It would be one thing if it was a $5 item , but a $400 item is a little much

it takes so long for the packages to arrive. it was supposed to be here in 4-6 days but it’s been 9 days and i still don’t have anything

Package was delivered with the top completely opened, contents hanging out of the top. Pathetic.

Very good services they let you see where ur package is.and also a map will detail where the designated package goes wow love this service.
