Liars..for not showing the status of parcels at all and persisting with the infinite lie "origin post is preparing shipment" yeah right...40 days of preparing while package is 40 freaking days in NYC deposit gathering dust! Shameful! With huge consequences for sender!

I sent an envelope of masks from College Station on Friday to relatives in Denton. It’s now Thursday night and the envelope seems to be vacationing at the postal facility in Ft. Worth. It’s no wonder the USPS is failing.

We need the USPS great people great service.

Lousy,lousy,lousy!!! Lazy workers within the Grants Pass 6th street Post Office -10!!! Sent my package back to sender, now it is lost. No direct phone number to call that they answer.

Postal service does letter size mail better than any other carrier... Unfortunately, their parcel handling service is slow and cumbersome.

My parcel has been sitting in NY since April 16. It has already gone through customs and I go informed mail notice that package was still in customs waiting to process and another postal worker told me it has been through customs but not moved from there. I desperately need this package.

This is not mail it moves slower than a snail

Lost my package, horrible customer service! Will never use USPS again no wonder they are in a financial mess!!
