3 day package still isn't here and today is day 7 , I'd say not good service at all. Don't say you can pay for 3 day delivery service if you can't deliver.

Never have I had any difficulty with USPS wherever I have lived in my 70 yrs. If difficulty, remedied with a smile & quickly.

The package to my grandchildren should have arrived to them on Thursday. Here it is already Sunday and it has been to several places in MD but not reached them destination is also in MD

Was told for days package would arrive Sunday. April 19. Just checked tracking number and it’s sitting at parcel facility and not even out for delivery today.

Package has been in same tracking stage for 4 days. It doesn’t take a week to deliver from NY to NH unless you are walking it here.
