A survival kit sent to my autistic son during this crisis along with a second package only received one of them that were both sent at the same time and only received one. Tracking information tells me nothing where my package is and when it will be delivered cuz everything said it was going to be delivered today.

Said they attempted to deliver, but I've been working from home for 3 weeks and they never did. Find out today that it's been held and it is up to me to contact USPS to find out what's going on. Never notified there was an issue and it has been over 2 weeks since they "attempted to deliver the package"

Not impressed once again. I paid extra money to get a package delivered in 2 days. It did not arrive on time. Still no idea where it is. Thanks USPS!!

Don't know why the postman couldn't drop off package at front door! Was suppose to come Apr 3 but didn't fit the post box, so he didn't leave the package! Now it's the 8th and still waiting for my package!

The USPS has become so slow to deliver your mail I have found packages force into my mail everything is wrong they don't care about your mail .

First class package Maine to California in three days. Great

We paid almost $200 for 2 day delivery and now 2 weeks later my package is lost and no one wants to account for this or find my package. I'm scared its lost forever...

USPS Stinks! Should have used fedex or ups. Mailed flat envelope on 4/6, tracking hasn’t changed once, it is now 4/8. I have no idea where my envelope is and tracking is useless. This is the last time I will use this antiquated service. USPS stinks!!

My pkg that I've been waiting for 3wks has been delivered to wrong state . It has been delivered to Chicago. I'm in florida
