Terrible need a training course all

We have a pkg of mail sent every two weeks from our second home in Kansas. It is preposterous priority mail. The last parcel was mailed on a Tuesday. We recieved it in Arizona the following Monday. This is not uncommon. We pay over $7.00 for this to arrive within 2-3 days. Very disappointed in the service here in Scottsdale. We have sent packages to NYC and they arrive much quicker.

My granddaughter never got the package! Tracking says it arrived. Guess they just left it at the door of her apartment.

Shipment due April 4, then April 5, now April 6 and on track to another facility., not final destination? Now tomorrow?

The pkg has been at the same pace for 4 days. Either it is not there or your tracker is not working. Nothing moves this slow with usps.

It's late and I saw the ups come and dropped something off to my neighbor then drove off and now my package says it's late

From drop off at the post office to Home delivery, service was exceptional Thank you essential post office employees for all you do!!!

Was supposed to be delivered on 4/02. It is now scheduled for 4/06. Hopefully

All I got was a love from new York to South Carolina.... Said my package was in my city in North Carolina though....

Never had a problem with USPO. Thank you all for your service.

Anytime I have needed anything they are there. Either holding my mail, or shipping any size package. Always have a smile, so positive and pleasant.
