The tracking is easy, and accurate, all good stuff, and great working staff

In the last two weeks I have had to mail items for adult Scouters and for family caregivers. USPS has been on time, and quick. The PO I deal with has a great bunch of people!

After 10 days Mail Arrived

I mailed a pkg priority from San Tan Valley and it took is taking a week to get to Bozeman,Mt. It spent three days in Phoenix annex. Not a good thing. I had lemons in the pkg in A ziplock. H would never had sent them if I’d know it would take a week.

1st of all you're tracking numbers are way too long, and you people are slow as molasses, and your want a bail out

Horrible tracking information. Not updated or complete. Not helpful at all. According to your tracking system, my package left monday at 18:00 hrs and as of early friday morning, it still left monday at 18:00 hrs. No updates in almost 4 days. It left, and that's all you get. In the year 2020, this is unacceptable. Youl'l have to do better USPS. :(

My expess package has no information on whereabout from March 8 till date.

The package arrived with broken merchandise it had a fragile label, I cannot express my disappointment!

Overall experience with my visit to the Palmdale, California post office yesterday was excellent. Donna, the Sales and Services Associate/Retail Clerk was knowledgeable and courteous. She’s an invaluable asset to the USPS.

Still no 2 day priority envelope. Sent out Mar 18 in Ga. To N.J..left Ga. But still shows it's in Kearny N.J..its Mar 26..2 day priority and it's now 8 days. Tracking does not show any updates..This is NO JOKE..Get on the ball and check out these reviews.

I have been reading the exact same tracking information for two days. Considering that the envelope has less than 100 miles to travel, i have to rate this tracking service as poor. That being said, the human factor, the post office staff where I went to mail the envelope, was excellent. But why on earth haven't they been issued masks, as well as gloves, given the COVID-19 threat to their health?!?

Package delivery NEVER attempted as I was home and stated redeliver would be attempted 4 days ago and never completed. Requested a redelivery WIR100153724, yet still not delivered. Held on customer service for 30 minutes and no answer. No clue where this package is now.

Mail sent on the 03-16-2020 Still on 03-26-2020 wanting to know what happened? I have always trusted the USPS at this point I am so so unhappy.
