You guys lost my package

I shipped my package on 3/11. It was to be delivered on Friday 3/13. Still not delivered and tracking not updated... I paid for priority not what I received. No clue where my package is. Would like an update.

The notification says they left the items at my mail box at 10:53 and there is nothing in my mail box . Someone have to give me the answer .

My package was to be delivered on March 14 where is it, this is March 15, poor service

Your service has gotten worse every day. You have no consideration for shipping live animals. Your PA facility sat on the shipment for 14hours before shipping. Then sat in San Antonio for 2 more days. This is a 2-3day shipment. I am at 5 days now and still haven't gotten any. As I said your services are getting worse.

I left a note on my door where to leave any packages I receive, since there’s so many bad things going around and always find it where I ask to be left at thank you so much for all your hard work I really appreciate you guys, thank you

So slow and non trustworthy

Horrible paid for shipping cost so i can get it on the day i want it and it doesnt even make it to my door says they showed up but weve been waiting all day so we can install it now we have to wait longer Thanks ---- but no thanks

From Florida the package went to Ohio? Them disappeared for 7 days. WTF. Where is it?

Why is it every package that is mailed with USPS is ALWAYS way later than expected. I ordered and item, and the expected delivery date was the 12. It's the 14th and late, so it's not going to be here until the 16th MAYBE. The package is a birthday present for my sons first birthday, that was on the 13th. To top it off their website is about as efficient as their package delivering.
