USPS reviews

Pkg. was to be a 3 delivery (03/13/2029) which was very important to be there. Called on phone for tracking and was told it was delayed until 03/15/2020. Very disappointed and next time will try UPS or FEDEX.

Well first off the usps left this in my mail box which didn't explain what it was and it barely showed me that there was a date the item needed to be picked up by. This item wasn't even dropped off at my place because I've been home for the last week 1/2 due to surgery. So I'm very disappointed with how this shipment was handle. This is a very important item I've been waiting for and would like it redelivered to 531 East Timberlake East drive, Shelton WA, 98584 to Daune Utley atten: Laurie Utley. Since this was your guy's fault I would like to have it resent to me. Well I cant attached the picture but it doesn't have anything on it for me to read or understand why it was left in my mailbox.

Mailed a small express parcel and it was delivered to a mail box and not to the door! Paid 26.00 for this.

Easy to mail, staff is helpful. Quick delivery.

Package mailed March 05, 2020, supposed to be delivered March 12, 2020. Not delivered on March 13, 2020 to Tuba City, AZ.

I been waiting on a package for 3 weeks and then when it reach Houston 77061 zipcode and the mailman say he delivered my package but he haven't delivered anything i am very upset about because i had already waited so long for it to reach Houston and i pay a lots of money for this and when they say it was in houston and out for delivery i was very excited but i was disappointed because i still never gotten it this is not right and he knot on my door and still say it was delivered when i was at home and saw him when he was leaving he didn't leave anything with my tracking number on it this not good

Very easy tracking within a minute I found out the location of my package and the time that it will be arriving at the delivery address.

I love this app for tracking packages. And the USPS is how I always ship and have shipped packages.

Its not USPS problem that it has already taken 2 months to get a dog bed and it still isn't here. At least I can now track it.

Mailed a package on a Friday. Was told it would be there by Monday. Instead it was received on Wednesday. It was very important this package arrive there by Monday. Very very poor service and to think they always want a raise. It was only 185 miles and took 6 days to arrive.
