The reason USPS is in debt is due to its employees. Poor delivery time and lost packages. Just another poor example of a government entity. I hate snails mail! Where is my package?

I shipped hand-painted shells (no monetary value) as a gift. They withstood ocean surf and tumbling, but were shattered upon arrival. My first class postage, padded envelope, and "handle with care" was not enough to withstand the abuse. Very disappointing. Really my review would be 00.

My package was left at a junk yard, which the delivery person first noted was not a safe location, and still return to leave packages any way

My delivery instructions specifically say leave with a person, do not leave outside in mailbox and we close at 4:00pm and we are closed weekends. USPS left my package in the mailbox last night at 5:41 pm forcing me to spend 5 hours on my day of driving back to work to pick up a package hopefully before it's stolen because USPS either can't follow instructions or they are simple. USPS is becoming as bad as FedEx.

So much lost mail. So many Times management has no answers. Many other times complaints through the postmaster go on answered or the answer is we don’t know. Shipped items with tracking numbers can also sit for days before anybody realizes it didn’t get delivered.
