I mailed a package to maimi on January 31st 2020 with estimated delivery date Thursday Feb 6th it has not been delivered as yet I am very disappointed.

Something always happen to my package with these people and gets returned or says they couldn’t find my address when other company’s seem to find it find all the time

I received a notice today on February 12th 2020 that says that this is a final notice for a package that supposedly was attempted to be delivered to my address. The tracking said that it was also attempted to be delivered on February 7th. What I can't understand is there is always someone at home so if my door was knocked on or the doorbell rang somebody would have answered it never received a doorbell ring never received a knock on the door so I don't know what's going on but someone is not doing their job properly thus the reason for the one-star rating.

Sent Priority. Message says delayed with no explanation. Surely you can do better than that.

It is terrible in Kenner Louisiana. I've got mail all over the country and it never took near as long. Did priority from Wichita falls tx

TERRIBLE service and I am a Govt. employee! Packages being sent to wrong address and tracking info that cant be trusted. If I am expecting a package on a Friday and I get a message that it was delivered, I become suspicious because 9 times out of ten it hasn't been delivered and wont be in until Saturday or Monday.

Been 3 days and still no updates. What are they doing?

Tracking not ever updated . No wonder the Postal Service is not financialy solvent. I wouldnt use them at all for my personal outgoing packaging .

8 days later than 10 day time frame. Did someone swim from America to Australia with it on their back?

It is very easy to track your package.

My package to be returned shows it was in the USPS possession on Feb 5, but that is ALL it shows. WHERE IS MY PACKAGE? And why has it not been returned to Soft Surroundings a week later. It is an exchange but by the time they get it, they will be out of the size needed. Why do USPS employees hate their jobs to the point that they do such sloppy work? I’ll never understand it.
