My package has been in Chicago for over a week. Its a book. Horrible service. Left Illinois on Feb 1 and has been sitting in Chicago since Feb 3. It is Feb 11 today.

I never received this item I have contacted them they’re saying it was delivered according to you all it was delivered. We were home we have cameras it was not delivered here. Where do I go about this now

Had a package sent from Florida on January 25th. It reached a city that is a 30 minute drive from my hometown. It's now February 11th and still no package.

For what you have to deal with, good job.

My package arrived in my city around 6:30 this morning and instead of them delivering it to me they sent it to another city about an hour away. So stupid.

Package was mailed January07 2020 and is February 10 2020 and it has not been delivered. On the phone waiting for an hour to talk to an agent to find out where is the package

Always have very good service with the USPO, except once. And I mail about one a month.

Package routed through Los Angeles from Chico to get to Fairfield???? Really?

Mailed a package 2 weeks ago and all it says it left regional office in Waterloo is that all the farther it has gone?
