Good service Except to Washington DC Officals. Mail has to go to a screening service before it can be delivered. That is an unnecessary delay. End that extra screening.

I ordered a package from ttd eye a month ago and it got forwarded from my old address to my new it says it has arrived but I have not gotten it and when I type back in the tracking code it says it can't find it, very in happy. Tried to contact customer service for both and ttd wouldn't message me back.

Worse service you can get ...my package sat I. Birmingham Alabama for 4 days and never moved...guess I will start using FEDEX AND UPS..

I paid to send a document with certified mail and they never upgrade so I can see if my document is been delivered.i wish I would send it with fedex or UPS

I sent a certified letter 4 days ago and tracking shows it being stuck at a distribution center for 2 days. All this, when it's supposed to take 2 days. It will now be late and NOT meet the deadline.

Every time I have a parcel arriving it sits in the USPS warehouse for days. I try to be understanding during the holidays, but this is getting ridiculous. I have had packages sit at the Grand Prarie, Tx warehouse for up to seven days. That is absurd.

Love USPS..... quicker, cheaper and less damage!
