I see my package arrived in DeMoines IA on the 9th of January, was shipped to Los Angels and has arrived back on DeMoines this morning to be delivered to Dubuque, IA today...that is I hope it gets delivered today as promised. The content is fragile and the cold weather could damage it. Why did it get shipped to LA?

They said my package arrived at 11:13 and I was at home during that time of the day, not once did I see a truck and they are still saying my package has been delivered on the front porch of my house
