Had terrible time locating our parcel which was booked on 16th January from Chicago for india today on 13 th Feb yet not delivered from now on will appreciate all low ranking courier service much better than uses they should send there team to mogabia to learn professional courier assignment

My package was supposed to be delivered today 2/12/24. Now it says it will be delivered on 2/15/24. I needed it for the 12th. Really bad service!

I mailed a package from Missouri on Saturday and it was supposed to be delivered to Texas on Wednesday. It is now 10 days later and the package has yet to leave the state. Good thing the package didn’t contain life saving medicine!!! Is it a surprise that USPS has a terrible reputation?? (Rhetorical question)

I mailed a certified letter on January 29 and today is February 12 and letter is still sitting in Kansas City distribution center

I ordered a custom-made Jersey and it was never delivered but the system said it was delivered to my address and nothing came that day because I've been at home that whole time and didn't even see the mailman run

PERFECT service. I love the USPS!

Mailed a good size box on 1-29-24 priority mail form AL going to IL. It made one stop in ST louis Mo and that's the last it has been seen. This is the 3rd item gone missing in the last few months. USPS needs to step up there security hires. The box was 24 x 14 x 8. Can't believe it slid on a table was over looked.To date they have cost me almost 300.00 and filing a claim is a joke.

First time sending International Priority. My questions were not successfully answered as to weight allowed and value of items. I was told it would arrive in 6-10 days. It has been a month and it has still not reached its destination. It cost over $100 to send too! My father and I both worked for the USPS. We NEVER had a complaint and LOVED our years of service to the public. I send as much USPS as possible because I believe in the system. However, I am saddened by the current state of affairs!

I have always had excellent service with USPS. Any issues I have had are usually related to weather, my own lack of planning, or bad information on what can and cannot be mailed/shipped out of country. We all have to take responsibility for our own actions. USPS has refunded me when a package has not arrived on time … once!

Sent package from Florida on Friday. Supposed to be delivered to New Jersey on Monday. It was delivered on Monday by 11 am!
