Paid over 40.00 for 2 day shipping on small package today is day 5 , there pathetic tracking system keeps saying in transit, what did I pay extra for?? 2 day means 2 days not 5 or 6 or 7 I'll never ship with them again!

Ur package delivery has slowed down tremendously If a person is expecting a package, they obviously expect it in a timely manner Ur service has severely deteriorated in last year and u can’t use busy holiday season as an excuse GET ON THE BALL ALREADY!!! U get zero stars

I’ve been tracking my mail since Monday was supposed to be delivered it’s Friday and they said they attempted to deliver Wednesday and no one was home? Around 7pm so ridiculous

Package has been in NC since 1/9/20 said it will be delivered late and now it is saying delivery won't be til 1/12/20. This is unacceptable I will send my packages UPS next time. Tracking # 0905510964570007224304.

I had a package sent back to china I had waited a month for know I may not even get it without paying for it again or the shipping they said they was no such address is why they went it back and myself family has loved on this for 160 years with the same address I hope they send it back to me by Fed ex or UPS they have never nothing got one to me.

No words can express the frustration of having a tracking number and not be able to get information on the whereabouts of my Priority package. Such services should work or not be offered! Two days later and I’m still searching.

You guy's are super slow, My Sister's post me some items from Africa- Nigeria to me here in United States of America, it's take only two days to get to me here in United States of America, And Domestic mail, certified mail to Brooklyn it's take you guy's 4 day's, That's means you guy's are super Slow

Paid 43.00 for a 9 lb. Box to be delivered in 2 days , Today is day 4 and still not there , I'll never use post office again , FedEx or Ups from now on!
