Package has been sitting in Miami distribution center for 5 days now with no update, guess who I'm not using next time to send a package to a friend overseas. Unacceptable since I sent the package out on the 23rd, it's BS that you can't get an update on the current status of your package.

On Dec 23 I got a message that the address was uninsufisient. The package was being sent back to sender. On Dec 30th, I received a message from my son that he received the package! You don’t know how happy I was!!

Package has been at the distribution center for 2 days now

I sent a package on the 19th and paid balloon pricing. $60 and my package still hasn’t arrived. Horrible service.

No matter what the weather they deliver and almost always on the date it's scheduled for.

Sent a package on 12/9/19 from Summersville WVU to the Netherlands and according to the usps tracking system it is still in Chicago on 12/30/19. Totally unacceptable service. That is why people use UPS and FedEx. They can track outside the US. Postal Service uses the foreign mail service as a crutch.

Tracking info gave no info about where the pkg is or when I should expect delivery

My daughter has not received their gift yet they promise me it would be there on the Dec 26 its Dec 30 and I am mad as hell

PCkafe was suppose to be delivered on a Sunday to my house, tracking said destination not accessible. No note left or knock at the door. Is home all day

2 day shipping is now 4 day shipping and no package yet.

used them whole life. no drama. just deliveries.

I received the most professional and courteous service from clerk 16 and most of all expediting my service.

I think the USPS does a phenomenal job.
