Very fast this year, day ahead than was told. But didn't pay for 3 day delivery, last year 3 day turned 2 weeks.

Was sent a next day envelope tracking delivery by 3Pm it’s now 4pm no delivery time sensitive pay the extra bucks use Fed Ex always on time

Payed for delivery by Dec 23 it is now the 27th still has not arrived and sitting in NJ. This is heart breaking at Christmas time. Were it is a Christmas gift.

Still waiting on 2 packages Tracking stopped on both of them days ago. Were supposed to arrive before Christmas.

It took 5 days to go from San Diego to upland, can... Even during Xmas that is sub par... Stop acting liking an inefficient govt agency...

Horrible. Makes it to my post office right up the street and the next thing I know it has went back out around the whole country and finally makes it back to my Post Office and gets delivered. This has happened more than once. Its ridiculous.

Sent a package from wisconsin to Florida which was to arrive on 12/23. This package made it to Jacksonville florida only to be sent back to Minnesota

Gave me route the package was taking and time. Just wish it had some type of way to show delivered to the person i sent it to. But I like it just the same.
