Mailed a package from Iowa to Florida on Fri. Dec 20. Was told it wasn't guaranteed to get there by Christmas. My son received it on Mon the 23rd. Great Job! Thanks so much

Paid for 2 day delivery and a week later it still has not arrived.

Terrible tracking! Paid for priority and 7 days later no delivery! Latest update is from 2 days ago. Pathetic!

Poor service. I was to receive my package yesterday the 23rd. Today is 24th and i still dont have it.

My package was to arrive in Lakeland Fl Thursday Dec 19 - it’s now Christmas Eve and my package to my family is in Jacksonville Fl. I paid $35 for shipping too.

I sent a package to Switzerland on 12 December 2019 from Prescott, AZ. The tracking # is: HH003601622US And it arrived several times in Los Angeles, CA and departed several times inos Angeles.

This package is not showing it left Nashua NH . The other package has already arrived this morning in ky ...... 9505816152829354364666

Never gets to where you send it on time.

I mailed my 8x11 box on 12/14/20 from IL to OH and it still hasn't made it. It's been in Wisconsin for over a week!!!!

Very poor, your system said one of my packages had been delivered but actually wasn't, it came two days later. My international package mailed on 12-9-19, the system says it has been in Chicago since the 12th. I have no idea if that arrived in Okinawa.

I took a package to be delivered on Dec 16th and was told it would arrive before Christmas on the 23rd. It didn’t arrive yesterday so I just spent exactly 57 minutes on hold to speak to a representative to make sure it wasn’t lost. The representative told me “It’s ground so we can’t guarantee a delivery date” I’m like ok I’m asking if you can estimate when it will arrive “I don’t know. You shouldn’t of waited so long to deliver it. You waited until the 16th and it should of been delivered way before that if you wanted it there by Christmas. You waited so long you should of done priority mailing.” And then I asked if it would arrive today before Christmas and she made sure to reiterate to me that “it’s coming from Arkansas all the way to California and tomorrow is Christmas, so no.”
