Very poor, your system said one of my packages had been delivered but actually wasn't, it came two days later. My international package mailed on 12-9-19, the system says it has been in Chicago since the 12th. I have no idea if that arrived in Okinawa.

I took a package to be delivered on Dec 16th and was told it would arrive before Christmas on the 23rd. It didn’t arrive yesterday so I just spent exactly 57 minutes on hold to speak to a representative to make sure it wasn’t lost. The representative told me “It’s ground so we can’t guarantee a delivery date” I’m like ok I’m asking if you can estimate when it will arrive “I don’t know. You shouldn’t of waited so long to deliver it. You waited until the 16th and it should of been delivered way before that if you wanted it there by Christmas. You waited so long you should of done priority mailing.” And then I asked if it would arrive today before Christmas and she made sure to reiterate to me that “it’s coming from Arkansas all the way to California and tomorrow is Christmas, so no.”
