I have the utmost confidence in the United States Postal Service. I love Priority Mail, the tracking, the consistency, the fact that my packages get where they need to go, my mail carrier and my local Post Offices and the kindness of those who work there. I grew up with it, I trust USP and it’s a lot cheaper than driving all over the country delivering my own packages. So thank you, USPS! Keep up the good work!

For the second year mailed a package to Va priority mail,two day delivery on 12/16. As of 12/21 it was in Pensacola, Florida. Never again!

Should have paid for overnight. Supposed to be delivered LAST Thursday. Still not where it should be and no updates since it was initially scanned in Jax,FL. Oh well next time UPS

Just look at my tracking # and you will understand why I am so upset with USPS, delivery as well as Customer Service. 9505515054419343329861. Check your system and see how many times I have tried to speak to someone. My package has been in the same facility since the 11th, not moved, tried all ways to talk to an agent, and nothing i was told happened, get a call back, wait on hold. It is totally unexceptable. Worst service ever. I NEED A RETURN CALL FROM SOMEONE. 714-404-5617. I mailed in plenty of time to beat the last minute rush, with an expected delivery of 9/13

Just terrible delivery service and customer service, my package was supposed to deliver 12/13. tracking keeps saying i transit and it jas been at the same location since the 11th of december. Unacceptable. I paid for 3 day shipping mailed on the 9th of december. Have tried calling cs 4 times, waited on hold way over the extended hold time, never had anyone answer was put in the callback queue no one called me back, tried to create a case over the phone and the automated service could not get the address correct. (just in case you may think i was not speaking clear enough, I was born and raised in the USA with no accent) I mailed this package in plenty of time to make it well before Christmas. I am just sick of the terrible service all the wat around. I would very much appreciate a call back from someone.

Sent this package the exact same time priority mail as another box going to the same address. The other box was there in 3 days. This one is still not there with no expected delivery date listed. So much for priority. What a joke.
