They do not honor their priority mail service. And will not give a refund of extra monies paid for said service. Also they say the have 60 days - THREE MONTHS - to find a lost package. Sorry small business owners, but it seems like you will all be stuck with refunding customers for lost items upfront and good luck if they never find your package.

I would give zero if possible...mailed priority from San Rafael main post office Wednesday, Dec. 18th with r expected delivery Saturday, Dec. 21. Tracking shows it has not even left San Francisco and today is Monday, Dec 23rd!!!!!!!

Every post office employee I have encountered in the 5 years I have lived in Kentucky had been wonderful. 99.9% of the ones I encountered in the 50 years living in Ohio should take a lesson from these southern ladies and gentlemen.
