Their entire delivery operation is GARBAGE!!AWFUL!

Sent Priority Mail on 16 Decemberfrom AR; still hasn’t arrived at destination in NY.

3 packages marked as delivered in the last 2 months, to my locked mailbox, that were never actually there. Either do your jobs, or quit hiring stickyfingers. F-

This company is really nice but I wish they can show what day the package will be arriving

Your tracking is horrible. The tracking detail hasn’t been updated since December 13th, and I sure hope it still isn’t sitting in the origin location.

Ordered gifts to arrive by 22 Dec so I could take to work on 23d. I'm off the 24th so I had to give out gifts on 23d. Now I have to wait and send the items back.

I know it's Christmas but maybe USPS should be taking less UPS packages and start worrying about their own. 7 days for a priority is ridiculous.

Tracking system doesn't show a lot of information. How does a package go from being on track for delivery to back to facility?

It show at my delivery tracking number that they delivered my order to my address and haven't received my order and I have been home all day long waiting for my delivery. Your delivery person's they are not doing their job

Terrible service. I used Priority Mail to have a letter delivered to Portland, OR It was scheduled to arrive on Friday but it has not been delivered yet. The person. addressed to receive the mail is leaving town early tomorrow for a week's vacation and I don't know what's going to happen to the delivery, if there's one, while he's away.

On point with location

HORRIBLE service I'm missing 2 deliveries and cant get ahold of anyone to help....Ridiculous

Not happy. 2 Pkgs mailed 11th and one got there in 2days and second not there yet and its been 11 days
