Absolutely great service

Horrible service. Was told the package would be delivered on the 21st now it wont be delivered until Monday the 23rd. Stayed home all day to waste time waiting for these idiots to bring my package.

I put package in the mail on Thursday and was told it would be delivered Monday the 23rd. My package was delivered Saturday the 21st. Way to go USPS. thank you.

It’s so bad.it took a week instead of a 2-day delivery. Not worth even 1 Star

Always have a great experience with USPS. Really like that I can track my packages online.

2 day delivery for priority doesn't happen. This is the 3rd time in a row package didn't get there on time. Last time took 10 days. You don't get reimbursed for poor service

Great tracking system.

Really smooth streaming tracking system overall. Only downfall is the extreme amount of tracking numbers(22 for me).

Sent two packages this week, first one got there 2 days early, the second one is going to be on time. Fast, friendly service at the Roseville, MI. branch.

Never on time! Takes 2 months to ship just to sit at a location for another month just so they can tell you "sorry your shipment got lost"

I paid extra express for a package to be sent to my family member for today at 3pm 12/21/19 , but they never received it. Very unhappy about this.

Don’t deliver in a timely manner

I payed for 2-day delivery so Christmas gifts would arrive in time for a gift exchange. Receipt says “delivery day Saturday 12/21/2019. Not delivered when addressee received regular mail delivery. Still not there at 7:23 P.M.!!!

I don't know what it means that you are returning my package to sender? I have several packages that have been delayed for days now and wonder if I will receive them before Christmas?
