I have a package that was due for delivery on 12/19/19 and the tracking only goes to Wednesday. I’m very disappointed and think I should get a refund.

Horrible service center package was supposed to be there in two days we're now on day number 5 in the package is still riding around in the truck I presume waiting to be delivered to its final destination I repeat horrible service I would definitely use FedEx or UPS next time

Terrible service - we paid lots of $$ for 2 day which doesn't even count drop off so really 3 day and guess what? Not delivered. 3 days and counting. Can't trust them

The package was sent on the 19th and on the 21st there still is no update on the shipping. What the heck.
