The USPS is by far the worse. Ever since they went to a private company. During covid I received a lg grocery bag of mail on my mailbox. Three months of mail. Bills, important medical information.ect. I still received mail during those months, but apparently they found "extra" mail laying around. I never mail my bills anymore because I don't trust them. The pony express got your mail to you quicker.

Mailed a 3 day package on January 20 from Indiana . Package went no where for an entire week. Made a inquiry. Package arrive in KC MO on January 30. Arrived in Springfield MO on Jan 31. Arrived in Rolla MO on Feb 1 Arrived in Lebanon MO on Feb 5 (destination PO but not to home address) today Feb 6 it is back in Springfield MO. Never received any call back on my inquiry. Made another inquiry but she wouldn't give me the district number because I haven't had a call back on my first inquiry. How should I rate? 17 days & counting. Package not delivered no call backs no resolution. Deliver my package please it's 14 days & counting LATE!

Never on time 3 to 5 days late

Sent two day package Jan.29 to Illinois. It arrived Feb. 3. That’s 6 days it took on a 2 day package.

The mail was suppose to come to me but was forwarded now in Pittsburg and I am not sure why when I’m in Maryland terrible service

Why is it that the package I sent to Colorado on 1/29/2024, have not arrived at the address that was designated?? It was schuled to arrive on 2/2/2024???? The package was sent from the post office at 1744 Dixwell ave in Hamden Ct.???????

They trow my pakage suing

I will not ship through this ever again I shipped a small package to Germany three weeks ago it has circled the us and still has not gotten on a plane to Germany WHY!!!!

A parcel priority 3-day shipping with tracking number, it is legal professional documents, still not delivered almost seven business days after dropping it off at the post office. Postal tracking does not show any movement. I paid $10 for something that I did not get. It's amazing the pony Express could get a letter from Kansas City to San Francisco in 3 days on horseback but our postal service with jets and trucks can't get a letter across town in 7 days.

Still not delivered or received since 1/17/24 today is 2/5/24 wth

Sent my package priority on January 23rd it is now February 5th and it read on line that it is still in process at the Granite city 63040 post office unbelievable . Over the summer they delivered a package I ordered from Amazon to Lake Dr instead of E Lake dr . When I required about it they admitted to delivering it ti the wrong address and told ne to call amazon that amazon should replace it. The post office also told me that they tried getting my package back but the resident would not participate. This is why they told me to call amazon. I ask if it was illegal to keep someone's package that belonged to another residence and they said yes but they really didn't see why I couldn't just call amazon . The post office here is unbelievable.

I sent a priority mail envelope on January 30 with very important documents and they have not yet arrived at their destination. What happened because they informed me that it would arrive on February 2nd.

Can someone please tell me, What is the purpose of having a section on your tracking page called "delivery instructions"? I would like to think it would be to follow the instructions given for the package delivery that I filled out. Low and behold my delivery day comes and those very easy instructions were not even closely followed. So why do y'all have it on the page? Just for looks or what?? It's ridiculous

Got a tracking number but no tracking. Still waiting and waiting and waiting!
