Sent pkg Monday. 2 day shipping....wont be delivered now until Saturday....2 days later...poor tracking..poor service...NEVER AGAIN

Paid extra to have it there by 12/19/19 and it has not been seen sense 12/18 in Palatine and there is NO more information about it. Not happy at all.

Pkg was to be delivered 18th. Tracking says, it was in Phoenix yesterday and still hasn't been delivered and destination is only 9 miles from there.

Not happy. Was told it would be at the destination by 12/19/19 and can not find it past Palatine 12/18 and I have asked my family and they have gotten nothing. I'm going to try and text my tracking# to see if I can find it that way.

My package is lost. The tracking shows it never left the facility. One day late now. I needed it delivered before hanukkah

I paid $50 for 3-5 day shipping to Canada on December 10th, it’s Decemeber 20th and it is in California?!?! Why did they even send it South instead of North? Christmas presents for nieces and nephews, of course. I know it’s a busy season, but get it together!!

Not impressed with my delivery. Waiting on gifts i need for tomorrow. Im praying they are just behind and will be here momentarily.

The on line tracking service is poor

Pkg always getting lost. I use UPS now and never have to worry about my pkgs getting to their destination on time

I've lost some merchandise because the mail person laid my packages on the floor because they would not fit in that little box type of thing for packages I like my stuff sent UPS and FedEx because I live in a high-rise they bring it right up to the apartment door and knock or ring the bell and you just go out and it's there USPS does not do that and sometimes your packages never get delivered to you somebody else will take them.

I did NOT get ANY information IRT when the package will actually arrive at my house. I already knew that it had been shipped, ALL I wanted to know was WHEN.
