Usps post office .they missing packages bad service

They don’t train the postmen like they use to. I have a box next to my front door that says Packages go in here. And every time there is a new person they put it on the porch. I get package stolen, so I have the box. Plus returning a letter or package is almost impossible. I’ve rode on a package or on a letter to return and I’ll either leave it in the mailbox or I’ve taken it and dropped it back in the blue mailbox and they send it back to me. It’s dumb

Our carrier continues to deliver our mail to neighbors or their mail to us, necessitating a quarter mile walk to exchange. Often mail from across the area is found in our box. As for USPS tracking, it's only benefit is to let you know how late your mail will be.

My package was not delivered as I paid for! I hate your stupid automated system I’m exhausted from work and just want to know where my sisters bday present is at!

The USPS is so atrociously bad about delivering items on time and accurately. Packages repeatedly are mysteriously marked “delivered” moments after received except do not appear in my mailbox until days later - if at all. All too often my packages are delivered to the wrong house. Here and there is acceptable - once a week is a problem.

I had no way to talk to a rep. my package has been in Iowa since monday on its way to Co. it was suppose to be there on the 16th it is now the 19th

I like this app. I enjoy monitoring my package.

It's bad when you pay extra for priority and it takes over a week to get there

Going on 8 days now for 1 to 3 say priority mail. still can't get an update for 4 days now. Feel like I should be reimbursed for paying for priority mail. Ha! like that could happen, getting money back out of the government. Ineptness is their business!

On December 16th I found a key in my mail box which is for Parcel locker it means I receive a package. When I opened the Parcel box with the key I found some Parcel which was showing delivered in Month of September and November.Hahaha. Do they deliver after some months.

Can y’all take any longer?

For three days I’ve been trying to track a package with no results. Typical. That’s why I usually ship UPS or FedEx.

My package has been lost for 2 weeks now and I know just as much now as I did 2 weeks ago. The USPS has it but cant tell me where it is or where it's going or how long it's going to take to get to its destination. Thanks for nothing USPS
